The “Always Impeccable” guarantee
Socks age with time and washing. They may not wear through, but they lose the shine of the first day. And a look as considered as yours doesn't deserve to be let down by a pair that is no longer up to it. That's why we created a guarantee reserved for Circle members.
How it works: when you order a new pair, you add a second pair with your initials. We give you a personal code. You enter it at checkout, and the second pair is deducted from the total.
About two weeks before the six months are up we write to you, with your code. That's how long it takes a pair to lose its shine while still being perfectly wearable. Were the socks a gift? The six months start from the day you join the Circle.
And there's more. The guarantee renews with every order, including the one where you use the code. Six months later, we write to you again. As you know, we never run sales and we have no outlet. This is not a promotion: it is how we look after a pair we still consider ours.
What about the old pair?
At first we thought we would take care of it ourselves. A courier would collect the old pair, we would recondition it and then donate it. Sadly, it isn't economically sustainable.
So we chose something simpler: you don't have to send us anything back. If you like, you can donate it yourself. There are charities and social organisations that gladly accept them. We'd be grateful if you did. One thing we hadn't imagined: socks are among the items people in need want most.
