Refund policy

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer is a "Consumer" as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, they are entitled to the rights set forth in Article 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by EU Decree 2013/83 within the limits set by such legislation and therefore have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, in accordance with the procedures specified below. The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only some of the Products purchased by the Consumer (Partial Withdrawal). The right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending - within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products - a communication by registered mail addressed to: INDIVIDUALFIRST - Simplified Limited Liability Company, Via delle Rose n.16 - 24060 Cenate Sopra (BG)

The customer must then return the goods to the same address within 14 days of the date on which they communicated their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal. INDIVIDUALSOCKS will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant invoice.
The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

  1. a) in the case of an order relating to a single Product, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Products;
  2. b) in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last Product; or
  3. c) in the case of an order relating to the delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase contract of a product via WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COMCustomers will be refunded for all payments made to us, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the Customers have demonstrated that they have returned the goods.

The return must be sent to the following address: INDIVIDUALFIRST - Simplified Limited Liability Company, via delle Rose n.16 - 24060 Cenate Sopra (BG) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the Customers communicated the withdrawal from this contract.

The direct costs of return (shipping and/or packaging) are always borne by the Customers.
