The “Always Impeccable” guarantee
What is it?
When you order a new pair, the second one is on us. You add it to your basket with your initials and you don't pay for it.
How does it work, step by step?
- Choose the new pair you want.
- Add the second pair to the basket too, with your initials.
- Enter the personal code we sent you at checkout.
- The amount of the second pair is deducted.
Do I choose the free pair?
Yes. You choose the second pair and the initials you prefer. If you choose a pair that costs more than the code covers, you pay only the difference.
How long do I have?
Six months from your order. But you do not have to remember it: about two weeks before it runs out we write to you, with your code already active.
Were the socks a gift? The six months start from the day you join the Circle.
Why six months exactly?
After six months socks are still wearable. But they no longer have the shine of the first day.
For you they no longer work: a detail that close to the shoe gets noticed. For someone who simply wants something warm on their feet, they're still very good.
That's why it makes sense to renew them. And why they're worth donating.
Is it valid only once?
Once per order, however many pairs it contains. You buy today, and six months later your code arrives. When you use it for a new pair, that order counts too: six months after that, another code arrives.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, and it isn't even an extra delivery.
The second pair is in the same order as the pair you're buying: it travels in the same parcel.
Does it apply to gifts I buy for other people?
The guarantee covers the socks you buy for yourself.
But whoever received your gift can join the Circle: it's free.
What if I lose the code?
Write to us. We'll send you another one.
The old pair
Do I have to send it back?
No, it stays yours.
At first we thought we would take care of it ourselves. A courier would collect the old pair, we would recondition it and then donate it. Sadly, it isn't economically sustainable.
What can I do with it?
If you like, you can donate it yourself. There are charities and social organisations that gladly accept them.
One thing we hadn't imagined: socks are among the items people in need want most.
Joining
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Membership is free and always will be.
What do you need from me?
First name, surname, email. Nothing else.
Why first name and surname?
For the initials. Alberto Bianchi becomes A.B.
Do I need to have bought something already?
No. You can join even if you received the socks as a gift. Or if you've only just found us.
I was given the socks and I don't know which model they are.
You don't need to know. First name, surname and email are enough.
Can I leave?
Whenever you like. You'll find the link at the bottom of every email we send.
The Limited Editions
What are the Limited Editions?
Colours and models we make in small numbers. We sell them only to Circle members.
How many emails will you send me?
Few. We write about the Limited Editions and the guarantee code.
Discounts and prices
Does the club give me a discount?
No. As you know, we never run sales and we have no outlet.
In the Circle we give you product, not discounts. A free pair is worth more than a discount on a pair you pay for.
Can I choose initials other than my own?
Of course. You choose the letters when you order, one per sock.
How are your socks made?
Made in Italy, from the first to the last. We embroider the initials one at a time, we don't print them. Every pair is hand-packed.
