Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING SHIPPING DATA
As required by the laws governing trade, all WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. SHIPPING DATE Orders are shipped from WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. The items will be delivered to the courier within 48 hours of receiving the order. Delivery on the national territory (islands excluded) takes place on average in 24-48 hours from the date of shipment from our warehouses. For delivery to Sicily and Sardinia and places that are difficult to reach, shipping times may be delayed. In periods of the year linked to special holidays, order processing and delivery times may be delayed.

DELIVERY AUTHORIZED
Upon arrival of the goods shipped via "Express (tracked)", Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM packages are carefully packed and sealed with an adhesive tape. If for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are requested to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the local forwarder's office and contact our assistance service at : support@individualsocks.com. The traceability of standard shipments is limited only to delivery to the address indicated in the order. If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM.

ORDER DELIVERY
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests it to be returned to the sender, any shipping costs charged to WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
