Shipping
We ship within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery then depends on the courier. Islands and remote areas take a few days longer. Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, write to us right away. If you refuse the parcel or do not collect it, the shipping costs stay with you. We deduct them from the refund.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. You may return one or more items. Products must be intact and in their original packaging. Our customer service is here for anything you need.
