<p><strong>SHIPMENTS SHIPPING DETAILS<br> </strong>As required by the laws governing commerce, all shipments <a href="http://www.soxplay.com/">WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS .COM</a> are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. SHIPPING DATE Orders are shipped from <a href="http://www.soxplay.com/">WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM</a> , from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm: 30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. The items will be delivered to the courier within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery on the national territory (islands excluded) takes place within 24-48 hours from the date of shipment from our warehouses. For delivery to Sicily and Sardinia and places that are difficult to reach, shipping times may be delayed.</p>
<p><strong>AUTHORIZED DELIVERY</strong>
<br> Upon arrival of the goods shipped via "Express (tracked)", Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. The boxes <a href="http://www.soxplay.com/">WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM</a> are carefully packed and sealed with an adhesive tape. If for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are requested to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the local forwarder's office and contact our assistance service at : info@individualsocks.com. The traceability of standard shipments is limited only to delivery to the address indicated in the order. If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by <a href="http://www.soxplay.com/">WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM</a> .</p>
<p><strong>ORDER DELIVERY</strong>
<br> All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with <a href="http://www.soxplay.com/">WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM</a> and therefore undertake to accept delivery of your parcel. If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to sender, all shipping costs will be charged to <a href="http://www.soxplay.com/">WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM</ a> , will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.</p>
<p><strong><br> RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL</strong></p>
<p>If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in article 3 of the Consumer Code, he is entitled to the rights referred to in art. 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by EU decree 2013/83 within the limits set by this legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, in the manner specified below. The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part of the Products purchased by the Consumer (Partial Withdrawal). <br> The goods must then be returned by the Customer, to the same address, within 14 days from the date on which the same communicated his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. INDIVIDUALSOCKS will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relative invoice.
<br> The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:</p>
<ol>
<li>a) in the case of an order relating to a single Product, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Products;</li>
<li>b) in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last Product; or</li>
<li>c) in the case of an order relating to the delivery of a Product consisting of lots or multiple pieces, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Effects of withdrawal</strong></p>
<p>If they withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a product through WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM, Customers will be refunded all payments they have made to us, including delivery costs (including additional costs), without undue delay and in in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.</p>
<p>The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the Customers demonstrate that they have returned the goods.</p>

<p><strong>The direct costs of the return (shipping and/or packaging) are always charged to the Customers.</strong></p>
