Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING — SHIPPING DETAILS
As required by trade legislation, all WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euro. DISPATCH DATE Orders are dispatched by WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM from Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed from the following Monday morning. Items are handed over to the courier within 24 hours of the order being received. Delivery within Italy (islands excluded) takes 24-48 hours from the date of dispatch from our warehouses. For delivery to Sicily and Sardinia, and to hard-to-reach locations, shipping times may be longer.

AUTHORISED DELIVERY
When goods sent by "Express (tracked)" arrive, Customers are asked to inspect the parcel carefully before signing as proof of delivery. WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM parcels are carefully packed and sealed with adhesive tape. If for any reason the parcel appears to have been tampered with, or the tape is not intact, Customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. If delivery has been accepted with an unauthorised signature, or there is evidence that the parcel has been tampered with, Customers are asked to report this immediately to the local office of the carrier and to contact our customer service at: support@individualsocks.com. Tracking of standard shipments is limited to delivery at the address given in the order. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the parcel may be returned to sender at the Customer's expense. Such amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their parcel. If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to sender, any shipping cost charged to WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in Article 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, they are entitled to the rights set out in Art. 64 of the Consumer Code, as amended by EU Directive 2013/83, within the limits laid down by that legislation, and therefore have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, in the manner set out below. Withdrawal may cover all the Products purchased by the Consumer (Total Withdrawal) or only part of them (Partial Withdrawal). The right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending - within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products - a communication by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to: INDIVIDUALFIRST - Società a Responsabilità Limitata Semplificata, via Pradello n.2 - 24121 Bergamo, Italy

The goods must then be returned by the Customer, to the same address, within 14 days of the date on which the Customer gave notice of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. INDIVIDUALSOCKS will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant invoice.
The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

  1. a) in the case of an order for a single Product, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the Products;
  2. b) in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the last Product; or
  3. c) in the case of an order for the delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the last lot or piece.

Effects of withdrawal

If Customers withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a product through WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM, they will be refunded all payments made to us, including delivery costs (including any additional costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Those refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund may be withheld until the goods are received, or until Customers have provided evidence of having sent the goods back.

The return must be sent to the following address: INDIVIDUALFIRST - Società a Responsabilità Limitata Semplificata, via Pradello n.2 - 24121 Bergamo, Italy, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which Customers gave notice of withdrawal from this contract.

The direct costs of returning the goods (shipping and/or packaging) are always borne by Customers.
