In our socks we use only the finest Italian yarns to guarantee durability and comfort to ensure lightness and softness.

All our socks are pre-washed, dried and ironed to eliminate further shrinkage after the first wash.

As required by commerce laws, all shipments from WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item in Euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. SHIPPING DATE Orders are shipped from WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Items will be handed over to the courier within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery within the national territory (excluding islands) occurs 24-48 hours from the shipping date from our warehouses. For delivery to Sicily and Sardinia and difficult-to-reach places, shipping times may be delayed.

AUTHORIZED DELIVERY
Upon the arrival of the goods shipped via "Express (tracked)", customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for proof of delivery. WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM packages are carefully packed and sealed with adhesive tape. If for any reason, the package appears tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign for the receipt with reservation or to refuse the delivery. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of package tampering, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and to contact our customer service at: info@individualsocks.com. Standard shipping traceability is limited to delivery to the address indicated in the order. If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer from WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM.

ORDER DELIVERY
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses the delivery or requests the return to sender, any shipping costs charged to WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

If the Customer is a "Consumer," as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, they are entitled to the rights provided for in Article 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by Directive 2013/83/EU within the limits provided by this legislation and therefore have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without explanations and without any penalty, in the manner specified below. The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part of the Products purchased by the Consumer (Partial Withdrawal). The goods must then be returned by the Customer to the same address, within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. INDIVIDUALSOCKS will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant invoice.
The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

1. a) in the case of an order relating to a single Product, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Products;
2. b) in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last Product; or
3. c) in the case of an order relating to the delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

Effects of withdrawal

If customers withdraw from the purchase contract of a product via WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM, they will be refunded all payments made to us, including delivery costs (including additional costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund may be withheld until receipt of the goods or until customers have provided evidence of having returned the goods.

The direct costs of the return (shipping and/or packaging) are always borne by the customers.
